How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available for eligible locations across India.
Can I return my order if the size doesn't fit?
No. Since all products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Product photos
• Packaging photos
After verification, we'll provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
What GSM options are available?
Depending on the product, fabric options range from 180 GSM to 280 GSM. Available options can be selected on the product page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible because every product is made specifically for the customer.
