Return & Refund Policy

At Primezaar, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment process.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after placing an order

  • Personal preference regarding color, fit, or design

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, eligible claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted because products are made specifically for each order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
